When we originally built the home we added a lot of upgrades like kitchen cabinets size and color, molding, trey celling in master bedroom, etc. Where we really made some changes was last year when we added porcelain tile that does not chip, crack and needs little maintenance throughout the entire house except in the bedrooms where we added a higher end carpet with upgraded padding (paid 18k total). We also added a large screened porch outside with TV and speakers, stamped weather looking concrete to run the length of the house, hot springs salt water hot tub envoy model (paid $12,700) with pergola over top with speakers. We also added French doors that lead from the master bedroom to the hot tub outside. Had the entire house painted as well.
