There's one person that has claimed one of the rooms in the basement who is also 32 years old and is a private violin instructor. He also has 2 cats. Utilities including wifi/internet will be fixed at $100/month so $895/month total. Security deposit is $500. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living area, and fenced backyard are shared. Pets are welcome with additional $200 deposit and monthly pet rent of $35/month/pet. I'd want to make sure they are compatible with the cats. There's plenty of street parking with no restrictions. I'm looking for someone to move-in July! I'm in South Thornton 84th and Washington, 10 minutes north of downtown, 3 minutes from the closest rail station (N line), and i'm within 5 minutes to all major highways of Denver: interstates 25, 76, and 270 and highway 36 to Boulder. Open to a 3 or 6 month lease which converts to month-to-month thereafter. Background and credit check is required with application.
