The bunk room has been setup to maximize beds for your stay and the living room has a sleeper sofa. We have dedicated high speed wireless internet service, so you do not have to share with other units in the building. We have also implemented cellular boosting technology which improves cellular service. For shuttle schedule and drop off locations, please visit Summit Stage website. -All Utilities are paid for including internet -The property will be for use as residential premises only. -A refundable holding is required at the signing of lease, this will be converted to a security deposit upon move-in. -Parking is by Electronic Permit, two vehicles are allowed at any given time (can be swapped as needed) -No smoking anywhere in the Property nor permit any guests or visitors to smoke in the Property. -Fully Furnished, tenant will not add/remove any major furniture without approval -First rent is due 5 days before start of the lease, if monthly rental, it will be the first of every month -We work with a management company that is in charge of the initial cleaning and most all maintenance issues -This property is a vacation rental, besides cleanliness, nothing will be changed (even temporally) in any way that significantly alters the appearance of the property without approval -No pets or "comfort animals." Only genuine certified service animals are allowed with documentation that relates you to the service animal. This is the HOA policy for guests. Some guests have allergic reactions at varying degrees of sensitivity that could cause major health problems, therefore animals are heavily restricted from the condo." An additional fee of $500 is charged in addition to the $200 cleaning fee for all authorized service animals.
