We built this home in 2021 for aging family members who required a grade level home with a 2 car garage and a large bathroom with a walk in tub and a separate drive in shower off the master bedroom. all the doors were built 36" wide to accommodate wheel chair access. all floors are vinyl or tile for easy wheeling around. there are no steps and very few thresholds to minimize trip hazards. it was built to be an exceedingly functional home for someone with mobility issues. with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths it can accommodate an eledrly couple with a place for a helper or a family . this home also has a 15 year tax abatement from the village of Montpelier so the real estate taxes are only on the lot and around $500 a year. We are in the process of removing the furniture out and doing some touch ups to the painting. when that is done in a couple of weeks we would be ready to start showing the property, probably about April 15th and possession could be very immediate. we will be adding interior photos as the personal property is removed over the next couple weeks.
