My roommate and I are looking to hand over our lease to some lucky individuals. (Or, if you are only interested in 1/2 of the lease, we have someone willing to be your roommate!) We've loved living here. Location is close to downtown and just off the freeway. It's walking distance to bars, coffee shops, Alberto's (great at 1:00am) and the 900 S. Trax station. The set up is perfect for two people who are living together but want their own space. The townhome is three floors: a kitchen/living/storage area and then two bedroom/living spaces on the two other floors. Each floor has its own bathroom, closet AND washer and dryer in the walk in closet. It makes for an incredible private space with the luxury of splitting rent with another person. Pets are allowed at $35 per pet a month which was great for us and our two dogs. Rent breakdown is 1560 + 99 for cable + 15 for tax. Then $35 additionally per pet. Management is very responsive and we've had no problems getting help anytime we needed it. We are looking for someone to take over either in August or at the latest September as I'm leaving to take a job out of state.
