Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Wheelchair accessibility is available in some units, so please inquire in advance to ensure you have an accessible first-floor unit. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk and beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Additionally, within the Showboat building itself, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, with no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds permitted. Dogs only are allowed with an additional pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
