Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access and 1 complimentary parking per reservation. Want to enhance your stay? We offer a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max 2 pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. ESA (Emotional Support Animal) may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
