This hotel unit is suitable for four, perfect for both leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access and 1 complimentary parking per reservation. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in and late checkout are available for additional fees. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for violations.
