This hotel unit is suitable for four, perfect for both leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, fitness center access and 1 complimentary parking per reservation. The bed configuration includes 2 queen-sized beds. Wheelchair accessibility is available in some units so please ask in advance to ensure you have an accessible 1st floor unit. Optional services to enhance your stay include mid-stay cleanings, early check-in and late checkout when available and more. Additional fees apply for these services. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk and beach are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets with a 40 lbs combined weight limit, dogs only. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
