This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, 1 parking spot that we provide guests for free with extra parking at $20 per car per day including come and go privileges, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee with a drip coffee machine for our real enthusiasts, fitness center access and 1 complimentary parking per reservation. We offer a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Just let us know what you need after booking and we'll be happy to arrange it for you. Additional fees apply. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets with a 40 lbs combined weight limit. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are allowed. Dogs only. An additional pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
