This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: direct beachfront and boardwalk access, 1 parking spot provided for free with extra parking at $20 per car per day including "come and go" privileges, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ where available, complimentary coffee with a drip coffee machine for enthusiasts, and fitness center access. We offer a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets weighing up to 40 lbs combined. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are allowed. An additional pet fee of $100 to $300 is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violations. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
