The bedroom features two double beds and the living/common area includes a sofa bed. The condo is wheelchair accessible. Guests can enhance their stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available, for additional fees. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The condo is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
