Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. There is a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal; in some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors.
