Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
