Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
