Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, one parking spot provided for free with extra parking at $20 per car per day with come and go privileges, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, washer dryer on each floor with payment by app at $2 per load, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee with a drip coffee machine, and fitness center access. We offer a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional $100 to $300 pet fee based on stay length. ESA (Emotional Support Animal) may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Extra parking is $20 per car per day. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk and beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Noise policy requires guests to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Includes Wi-Fi and a smart TV with streaming apps installed. A laptop computer is not included.
