Electricity is usually between 100-200/month (the house is very energy efficient so can be as low as $50/month. Utilities are usually around $125/month. And garbage is around $80/bi-monthly.
To be transparent, tenant should be financially able and comfortable with having housing expenses around 3200-3300 per month.
