The kitchen has granite countertops, side-by-side refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, garage disposal, dishwasher and 4 bar stools. Off from the kitchen you'll find a walk-in pantry and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This place has it all. The only thing you have to bring is your clothes, linens, and kitchen utensils. This property has an absolute no smoking, no vaping policy directly inside and outside of the property. There is also an absolute no pet of any kind policy. The term of the lease is 1 year. The renter is responsible for the cost of any and all damages that occur during their occupancy of their assigned room. Any damages that occur in the shared spaces will be split with each renter (occupant) of the cottage.
