A high efficiency washer and dryer are in the unit, with shelving and ample storage. An ironing board and iron are also available. 4 TVis and DVD player are provided. The state of the art Fitness Center on the Lobby level is well equipped, with dry and steam sauna, and showers. It overlooks the beautiful pool area. Nestled at the front of the Club between the mangroves and the Gulf, the newly resurfaced pool is large enough for both lane swimming and family fun. The furniture is new with many lounge chairs, a hot tub, outside shower, and tables and chairs with umbrellas for those who want to be shaded while they read or have a picnic.(A library of books to borrow is in the lobby.) Newly landscaped and brick paved walking paths lead you to the picnic area with a gas grill and picnic table, restful seating, as well as 2 tennis courts. The brick paths also continue past the front gate and out of the gated complex.
