**Available January to April- May 1st** The house is located on top of a cliff overlooking the beautiful Massachusetts bay. There is access to the private beach below via a beach path and stairs a few houses down. The backyard is relatively large and contains outdoor furniture as well as an outdoor shower. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the outdoors, hang in the hammock, read a book on the beach or have coffee overlooking the ocean. It is located in between the bustling city of Boston and the serene landscapes of Cape Cod, a short drive from both. If you're looking for more outdoor adventures, New Hampshire is about a 2 hour drive and mountains and lakes are not far away. Snowboarding and skiing could be a day trip at Loon or spend the weekend at Sunday River. The foliage during the fall in this area is spectacular, go hike the White Mountains, or something a little closer like the Tidmarsh reservation (right here in Manomet) or the Blue Hills outside of Boston. Boston is a wonderful, historic city to visit, with ample shopping and many fun activities, in all seasons, as well as a bustling night life to experience. Plymouth, America's Hometown, is a historic location and has much to offer from beautiful landscapes, award winning restaurants, and a great proximity to shopping and entertainment. The home has 4 bedrooms, each furnished (two queen beds, a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on the top, and a twin bed with trundle that pulls up and could potentially be made into a king sized bed). The living room is large and open concept into the eating area and large kitchen. The couch is a sectional with a full pull out couch. The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated. The half bath downstairs has a storage closet and additional refrigerator. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, one is a master bath attached to a bedroom, the second bathroom is shared with the remaining 3 bedrooms. There is a full washer and dryer available on the first floor. A lawn service currently maintains the yard and the homeowner is available to manage the property as needed, so no need to worry about the maintenance. The driveway is stone and can accommodate 4 cars comfortably in spots and additional cars as needed in the half-moon drive. It would be a great house to share with room mates, or a family, it is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Would be willing and will possibly list rooms separately.
