Two free Outside public swimming are a block away as well. There's a Whole Foods down Houston street with a YMCA that has an Olympic sized swimming pool. SOHO, Lower East Side, NYU, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and of course all the East Village are close by. MTA has a website now that tells you the exact minute when the bus will be on the corner.
