Applicant's must provide proof of consistent employment, documented income of at least 35x's the monthly rent, photo identification, proof of previous rent payments, and have decent credit of approximately 600 FICO score or better and no evictions. A one year lease is available to start. If offered the apartment at lease signing you will need to pay $1,300 for the first month rent, plus $1,300 for the security deposit and $1300 for the broker's fee.
