This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom CBS/Stucco house. Built in 2007, it has been very well maintained and has had many upgrades. The garage was transformed into either a fourth bedroom or bonus room with built in shelving, a desk, and two walk in closets. The pool was added in 2010, and the deck space includes an extensive area with pavers large enough to accommodate many guests. A paved walk way connecting the side entrance to the back patio area was added in 2017. The chickee hut pavers adjoin to make the back patio come together beautifully.
