This 850 sqft unit comes with one parking spot in the garage and one additional off street parking space. The washer and dryer hook-up is located in the garage. There is a small patio off of the kitchen as well! Note - This is a short term rental available from 10/1/2018 through 11/30/2018. We are planning to begin major remodeling so the apartment will need to be vacated by end of Nov. Utilities included: Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, gas, electric and internet.
