Duplex, south side (808) will be available to rent around mid October. 3 bed rooms, 2 full bathrooms, nice spacious living room and kitchen. Back deck with wheelchair access. Mowing and trash are included. Pets allowed (within reason) with a $25 deposit per pet. I won't be able to do any tours until October, after the current tenants move out. Lawn care and trash service are included. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and keeping them active. Pets ok except some big dogs. $25 per month per pet fee. Other details are in lease.
