When you bring your application we have a lock box located between the garage doors and you're welcome to leave it there. The home just received a fresh coat of paint inside and out. This has been an excellent rental and a review of the utility charges have been very reasonable. Noteable features of this home is that it has irrigation and there are additional bonus rooms located next to the back deck area as well as in both corners of the backyard. The additional space in those bonus rooms have been used for storage, office space, utility and working areas. Once a verbal agreement is made to start the screening process a $40 screen fee will apply.
