I am co owner with my husband. It is listed correctly at a over 900 square ft each side with a totsl Sq ft over 1,800 Sq ft. Also each side of this duplex has 2 bedrooms & 1 1/2 bath. If you are going to count the whole structures Sq ft at over 1,800 Sq ft then it should be listed at 4 total bedrooms and 3 total baths. Just thought it should be clarified... Thanks!
