The driveway is ample enough for three vehicles, and there is an attached garage. The house was recently updated with all new kitchen appliances - fridge, stove and dishwasher, new countertops, fresh paint, new tiled shower, bathroom vanity and sinks, and electric outlets have been upgraded throughout the house. It also includes a washer and dryer. New windows were installed three years ago. The back yard is large and is substantially xeriscaped. The house includes a doggie door for your fur friend. Located in the north valley about four miles from downtown near the intersection of 4th and Montano, you will be centrally located. The neighborhood is nice, with many long-time residents. The Harwood lateral intersects the street just a few blocks from the house, providing a lovely place to walk. You will be renting directly from the homeowners, who live in New Mexico but not in Albuquerque. We care about the house and are invested in maintaining it as a quality property for tenants. One dog under 50 pounds is allowed, but they must be neutered or spayed, and house trained to go outside. We do not allow cats or other animals. Owner pays water, tenant pays electricity, gas, internet, cable, all other services. Security deposit is due upon signing the lease. Rent must be paid by the 1st of each month and provided through an online payment service. A six month lease is required, after which we can discuss a one year lease or month to month. We do not allow subletting. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard by weeding and watering the backyard tree, but the yard is substantially weed free. Tenant is not allowed to paint the cabinets or paint the walls. See lease agreement for more details. One dog is allowed, it must be under 50 pounds, over two years old, neutered or spayed, and house trained to go outside. There is a doggy door. We don't allow cats or other animals. Maximum occupancy is four adults, or two adults with 2-3 children under 18.
