Come relax in a desert oasis that has been described as an insta gram worthy home. Former model home sits on the fairway of the Big Rock Golf Course at Indian Springs and is the perfect location to watch the sunrise over the mountains, read a book under the misters, relax and get cozy at the outdoor fireplace and cook up a feast in the well stocked kitchen. The lot is almost half an acre with lots of private space and located at the end of a cul de sac with parking for 6 cars.
The space
The 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house is nearly 3,500 square feet which includes the game room in the air conditioned garage, all on one level and on almost a half acre of space so plenty of areas to relax and spread out. It's also very close to Coachella and the festivals and not too far away from downtown Palm Springs and all the high end restaurants.
Enjoy a restful nights sleep on our memory foam topped mattresses and the plush sheets...they're heavenly.
The newly renovated open kitchen (huge island and new cabinets and appliances) / dining room / living room layout is perfect for entertaining. There are multiple seating areas so you won't feel cramped. Watch a movie or golf on the big screen TV while cooking or just relaxing in the living room.
Outside there is a private party pool and hot tub with waterfall to relax. Both can be heated prior to your arrival. We are also one of the very few rental homes that has a CHILLER to COOL the pool. As you may know the desert temperatures can get very high and as a result, the pool water gets very warm. This chiller can be turned on to make the pool feel much more refreshing to jump in on those very hot summer days.
To the right of the huge backyard there is a grassy area to play corn hole, connect four, huge jenga or just lay out. Two sitting areas and a dining table outside underneath the patio and overhang provide areas of shade to relax and unwind while enjoying the desert heat. There is a fire pit to warm you up in the evening and misters to cool you off during the day. There is also an 82" smart TV outside with Apple TV to watch cable, movies or sporting events.
There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ unit and natural gas piped in so no need to worry about running out of propane. There is a sink and outdoor refrigerator to keep your drinks cold so you don't have to run back and forth inside the house. There are also other seating areas for quiet meditation or reading. There are multiple books in the house for your enjoyment.
The air conditioned game room will keep you busy for hours with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, Golden Tee video game, surround sound and two big screen TVs. You can direct connect your phone to the stereo system and jam your tunes while watching movies and sports on the 2 big screen TVs. There is also a half bath, mini refrigerator and microwave in the game room / garage so you won't miss a beat.
Can't forget about the kids.....we have kids too! There are toys and books and board games as well. A pack and play and stroller as well as a dining room chair are available for the kids. 2 rollaways are in the master bedroom if your kids want to sleep in the same room as you.

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

Guest access
There is parking for 6 cars at the end of the cul de sac and end of a long private driveway. Electronic key pad access makes it easy to check in and get access. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am but accommodations for early or late times may be available for an extra charge.
Other things to note
There are multiple shopping centers within a 5 minute drive to make sure you have everything you need to stock up for your stay. Costco, Smart and Final and a Walmart Superstore and more are right down the street. There are also multiple great places to eat within minutes if you don't feel like cooking that day.
Coachella and the polo fields are a short uber/lyft drive away so you don't need to worry about parking or driving.
For long term rentals, $150/month of rent is allocated to utilities (water, gas, electricity). Any amount over $150/30 days will be the responsibility of tenant.
Owner will pay for Internet, pool and yard maintenance. Owner will also pay for up to $100 per 30 days for heating, cooling, gas and water. Any fees above $100 per 30 days will be charged to renter.
Pet / cleaning fee of $250 for duration of stay. Any costs above $250 will be charged to renter.
