Walkable to incredible food / bars on 28th Ave (Puff Coffee, Ken's Pizza, Guero, Moonshot, Angel Face, on and on), one of the city's best theaters (the Laurelhurst), the best record store (Millennium) and two gorgeous parks (Laurelhurst and Lone Pine). They gave me as much space as I needed, while still welcoming me over for drinks and dinner, making my transition to a new city so much easier. Very prompt and thorough with answering questions and addressing any issues. The apartment itself is a recent remodel in immaculate condition. Enough space that I felt comfortable working from home, while still being able to lounge and enjoy down time. The backyard is a gorgeous place to spend time in the evenings. Full kitchen and bath, in-unit laundry. Parking is always available and easy. This place is a dream. I've rented for almost 2 decades, and this is the nicest spot I've stayed in.
