We are a 55+ Senior Independent Living community(apartments) located in the heart of the much sought after Decatur Historic District. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, entertainment is City Center Village. We strive to help make those golden years as worry and carefree as possible by offering a lot of amenities to help you while still allowing you the freedom to live independently! Our residents enjoy 3 meals per day with breakfast made to order (restaurant-style dining room), transportation to and from local doctor's appointments, a weekly shopping trip to Walmart for needed items and we also help with Wal-Mart delivery orders! You will find 3 courtyards here at City Center Village, a pool area, a fitness room, a library as well as our activities hall with scheduled activities! We even have weekly housekeeping with linen change! Two Laundry Rooms on each floor that are self-serve and free. All of these perks are included in our all-inclusive low monthly rate, which also includes utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, and landline phone service! We are an Independent Living Community but although we do not provide in-home personal or health care, we welcome those companies into our community upon the need! These services can be set up by you or your insurance company! Best of all we have no hidden fees our monthly prices includes everything with no hidden fees. Apartments start at $1549 per month depending on room size. Our Community fee (1-time move-in fee)is $1500. A second occupant is $ 500 and the pet fee is a $400 one-time fee. We have promotions going every month so call us to find out more. You must be 55 years or older, and able to live independently needing no assistance with personal or health care. Our lease is month to month with a 60-day move-out notice if you decide to leave.
