This home has flooded 9 times in 29 years and was built in a flood zone, USDA Rural Housing has failed to acknowledge this fact. The house is full of mold and mildew and is unsafe to live in. The electrical wire are not safe either due to the water damage. It really needs to be condemned. I moved out of this house because it made me very sick. It floods every time the creek gets up beside it. The shed next to it is not the owners. It is on someone else's property. No one needs to try and sell this property.
