We have done a lot of updates on this house where it use to be all paneling and holes everywhere we went in and put drywall and brand new insulation. Throughout the walls, we have not gotten to the remodel of the kitchen. Bathroom or laundry room, but all are functional. We have added a water softener and a filter to help with the bad water in Minerva. There is also. A hot water tank that we replaced couple years back now.
