The apartment is about 570 square feet and has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath, and two large storage areas. The kitchen and bath were recently update! New sink/faucet and custom countertops (with a whimsical backsplash - has to be seen!), eating bar for the kitchen. In the bath which has a clawfoot tub and antique sink, the updates include a ceramic tile floor, paneling and 2 cabinets. The floors except for the bathroom are hardwood and have been refinished. The storage areas are extensive and most renters find them to be a big asset! There are several shared yard spaces, including a patio with a gazebo that can be covered/screened as well as a side yard with a concrete pad. If you're into gardening, there are opportunities, including a "berry cage" (to keep the berries in ). The rent is $1325 for this apartment includes heat, water/sewer, trash collection and WiFi. The tenant pays gas for the stove and electric. A minimum of a year lease is required and security deposit equal to one-months' rent.
