Neighborhood Description This home is located in a quiet court with very nice neighbors and is about 1 block away from a park and walking distance to all of the schools, starbucks, orchard supply hardware, and all of the downtown events! This has been a wonderful place to raise our two children and take daily evening walks along the nearby bike path or downtown. The families around us are very friendly and most are homeowners with only a few rentals. We have never had anything stolen from our property or cars and enjoy this safe, fun, neighborhood!
