I have a room to rent out in my 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. 2 bedrooms are upstairs, which I use as my bedroom and office. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. One is unfurnished and for rent, and the other is a guest bedroom. You will have your own bathroom, and full use of the house. I could rent the guest room out as an office if you need more space. My dog is VERY friendly, rarely barks, and is pretty low energy. If you aren't a "dog person", this probably isn't a good fit for you. I have friends over for board games and pool a couple of times a month, would prefer someone who is social and would like to join us.
