There is a half bath downstairs and a full 1 car garage. Very light, bright and clean. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, full bath with double sinks, stall shower and separate tub. Bonus room would be a great home office, playroom or small tv area. Blinds on all windows. One of the nicest locations and units in the complex. Complex has limited guest parking. Tenants with more than one car will need to park one in the garage and one on the driveway. No street parking is permitted.
