I would need first and last month's rent, the last month's rent is considered the deposit. Electric is separate and paid every 2 months and varies throughout the year per temperature. Time Warner (wifi only/no cable) is separate and your share is $33.12/mth. I have 5 gallons of alakline water dropped off at apartment every month which is $14.50/mth. Communal washer / dryer in complex on ground floor. Private room and full bath are available starting April 15th. The apartment is fully furnished so all personal items would have to fit in the available bedroom/bathroom space. Must pay 1st and last month's rent up front.
