The "Biltmore Bungalow" is newly renovated and furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the PERFECT location for all things Asheville, North Carolina. 10 minutes to downtown Asheville 6 minutes to Mission Hospital 4 minutes to Biltmore Estate 8 minutes to the River Arts District 15 minutes to the airport. The home is perfect for two travel nurses or a family with children. *An application must be submitted and approved before any showings of the property* The entire home has a great flow. The home is split into two sides, sleeping and living. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, 40 inch TV with Netflex, an attached private office and ensuite bathroom with stone shower. The office has a desk, bookshelf and extra dresser. The second bedroom has a a queen bed, desk, remote controlled black-out curtains and a large custom wood art painting made by a local Asheville artist. Note: If you are a family that wants we can swap the second bedroom to have two single beds or a baby crib to meet your families needs. The hallway bathroom features a large bathtub / shower with grey-tile. In the living area you'll find a dining room with great natural light from the large windows and a rustic wooden dining room table made from reclaimed barn boards. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, microwave, gas oven, dishwasher, water heater, refrigerator, keurig and all brand new cups, plates and silverware. The living room features a cozy L-shaped couch, coffee table, reading chair, wood burning stove and 40in smart TV. The "Biltmore Bungalow" has a front porch fitted with an L-shaped couch for lounging under the Edison lightbulbs at night. There are two doors for entering the property, a backdoor that leads into the kitchen and a front door that enters into the living room. As you enter from the backdoor you will see the stackable washer and dryer units. For parking, there are two parking spots. There is a detached garage with a renter living in the upstairs apartment who has access to one of the garage spaces and parking spaces behind the home. Then you will have half the garage for parking and an additional spot in front of the garage for another vehicle. All utilities are included (water, electricity, high speed internet). The Biltmore Bungalow does allow up to 1 dog for a $150 pet-fee. House Rules: * Security deposit of 1st month's rent required. * No smoking inside or within 50 feet of the home. * Any damage done to furniture will be reimbursed by renter. Things not included: - TV subscriptions. The tv's are smart tv's but you will need to use your own streaming accounts. - Cleaning supplies. We will only provide a starter kit of paper towels & dish soap. Homes comes fully furnished and equipped for your move-in. 3-6 month leases preferred, month-to-month considered. All utilities included (wifi, electric, water, etc.) Dog allowed with nonrefundable $150 pet deposit and on a case-by-case basis.
