The living room features a cozy L-shaped couch, coffee table, reading chair, wood burning stove and 40in smart TV. The "Biltmore Bungalow" has a front porch fitted with an L-shaped couch for lounging under the Edison lightbulbs at night. For parking, there are two parking spots. There is a detached garage with a renter living in the upstairs apartment who has access to one of the garage spaces and parking spaces behind the home. Your rent includes private use of half the garage for parking and an additional spot in front of the garage for another vehicle. All utilities are included (water, electricity, high speed internet). House Rules: * Security deposit of $1000 required. * No smoking inside or within 50 feet of the home. * Any damage done to furniture will be reimbursed by renter.
