Livable area roughly 1800 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms downstairs with full bath, and finished basement with futon bed, full laundry, roll away toddler bed. Fast Wifi and cable with Netflix, Tivo, Bluetooth Speaker/Karaoke Machine etc. Large driveway has plenty of parking. Tenant pays for electricity, and $150/month for cable/wifi. Owner pays for water (and refuse and recreation badges are included, but lost recreation badges are deducted from deposit at a rate of $200 each, as that is almost what the community charges to replace them). Discount available for longer stays. Cleaning fee of $185 will be added to rent for one month, and $200 for stays longer than one month.
