It has high ceilings and hardwood floors, a large kitchen, a great entry/hallway which works well as a home office, plus a bedroom and large livingroom. There is extra storage space in the basement. Please note, the interior is now a much brighter color - Sherwin Williams Olympus White. Great front porch and a shared rear deck and fenced yard (also shared). Great neighbors. The location is wonderful - just east of Historic Oakwood, definitely walkable to Fayetteville St, Person St shops/bars, and Glenwood South. This apartment is best for those who are quiet, since it's in an older home you must be considerate of attached neighbors. Quiet pets are considered, and while large dogs are welcome, I can not allow dogs from aggressive breeds due to insurance regulations. Renters pay all utilities
