The apartment complex has a rooftop with grills and a nice view, a gym and a dog park if needed (super pet friendly) . The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Rhode Island Ave metro station (red line) and a 0.5 a mile away from a Giant. It is also about a 5 minute walk to the Metro Branch Trail. There is also a lot of restaurant options in the Brookland neighborhood (Taste Makers, Menomale, Brooklands Finest, Dew Drop Inn just to name a few).
