Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows, a yard with a gas grill and fenced in space - every detail has been considered to make your stay comfortable. Rent includes internet, internet, furnishings, and one clean per 30 days. Brokered by Sojourn Realty LLC. -No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. - $75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee. - Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly. - Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided. Pet Rules: We love hosting our four legged friends! Dogs over 1 year old may stay with us as long as the following is agreed to. Please tell us more about your pets prior to booking. -Dogs must be crated when left unattended -Dogs are not allowed on furniture.
