**Townhouse for rent** Hello everyone! I'm renting my newly constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. The rent is $2500/month plus utilities. The townhouse includes granite counter tops, brand new kitchen and washing appliances, and spacious walk-in closets. If interested, the application fee is $47, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first month's rent. The security deposit is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease. There is parking; the garage, driveway, and street parking. Ideally looking for longer term rental with the minimum being 6 months. No smoking nor pets allowed!
