This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money. TThe owner covers all HOA dues. If you rent for six months or less between December and April, the owner will also pay for all utilities. However, from May through November, renters are responsible for paying the electric bill. Please note that pets are generally not allowed, but we may consider one small dog. The lease term is flexible, ranging from one to twelve months, and a security deposit is required based on the length of the lease.
