It has always rented easily but I prefer to have it empty while trying to sell as this really stresses out the tenants. I am willing to owner finance $2000 of the full purchase price of $35,000. The house does need some repairs: the chain link in the back yard, there are a few cracks in the vinyl windows that need glass replaced, and the ceiling tiles in the kitchen need repair.
