There other two properties are either rented or being renovated currently. The historic studio house for rent is $435/month with $350 deposit. We like to rent with a 30 day lease which means you sign once and stay as long as you like. When it is time to move, you give 30 days notice on the first of the month and then move after your 30 day notice. However, we are looking for a long term tenant. This is a very special property.
