    This home is located in the highly desirable west valley area with amazing backyard views. This is a 2 bed, 2 bath house with one of the bedrooms having it's own private bathroom. Both bathrooms include walk-in showers and have completely been remodeled. The house contains washer and dryer hook ups but the machines will not be provided. Kitchen will include stove, dish washer, microwave, and fridge. In the living room there is a wood stove to help provide heat in the winter. The house includes a deck and porch that wraps around the house. Also, a fully fenced yard and concrete drive way. Please reach out with any questions you may have this rental won't last long! Renter pays electric, garbage and propane if they use the furnace which is separate from the rent, but a wood stove is available. We will leave all appliances but washer and dryer. The rental includes a private well and irrigation. The renters must maintain the yard. No cats allowed but will consider dogs based on breed and size, which will require a 500 dollar refundable deposit at end of lease if no damages are noted and an extra 50 dollars a month per dog to renters rent that is non-refundable. If no damages are observed at end of lease, security deposit will be refunded. Also, renters are required to have a background check along with a credit report and will need to verify employment. This will be paid by the renters and each adult living in the house must have this completed. A reusable tenant screening report will be accepted.
