The front of the house has a nice sized yard, porch with bench, a carport and keyless entry. The living room has seating for 6, opens to a galley kitchen and the laundry room is off the carport. The bedrooms have newly installed heating/cooling units. We have a queen sized bed in one bedroom, two twins in the second, and two twins in the basement bedroom. There is extra parking available in the back, and a patio which has a grill for the warmer months. Fully furnished house! Renter pays electric (typically about $200/month) and internet (approximately $60 without cable). We pay sewer, water and trash. Small pets allowed for an additional fee. There is a car port as well as a garage. MONTH TO MONTH IS AN OPTION, WITH THREE MONTHS MINIMUM PREFERRED. Note, square footage of the house listed only includes the first floor.
